Having a venue capable of hosting events of up to 500 delegates, it might be easy for us to overlook smaller meetings…but nothing could be further from the truth.
Of course, having such a spectacular capacity, we work with lots of agencies and large companies, hosting events including international conferences, exhibitions, presentations, open days, and performances, as well as dinners and parties for just about every kind of celebration.
But the truth is that while these spectacular events make the headlines, Mandolay is literally built to accommodate smaller meetings, and it is gatherings of between 10, and 50 guests that are the mainstay of our business.
The Oak Suite is the perfect room to host a board meeting for 20, a theatre style presentation for 30, a private dinner, or drinks reception. With it’s light and airy feel, ground floor, level access, French Doors, integral yet discrete AV including ‘hidden’ 60-inch HD screen, air conditioning and stunning fish tank, there really is no other facility in Guildford that comes close to matching it for style or functionality.
For slightly larger gatherings, our London, York, Epsom Suites are flexibility made real, capable of transforming from individual rooms to a substantial single, obstruction free facility…converting from 30 delegate capacity, to 150 within ten minutes, and back again with our locking, sound-proofed room dividing system.
